A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required at the time of booking.

The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred. Other start days may be possible depending on availability.

A $250 security deposit will be taken when you register with the management company once you have arrived in the US. This must be done within 48 hours of arrival.

Reservations of less than 7 nights may be available depending on availability, but will incur a cleaning charge of £50

Pool heating recommended but not obligatory;  £125 per week.
