The villa is situated
twelve minutes drive from Disney and five minutes from the
192. After leaving the Interstate 4 at junction 58, head
through the impressive Champions Gate entrance. The villa
is two miles from this point. Drive to the end of the boulevard,
make a right turn, and after less than one mile West Haven
will appear on the left, turn through the West Haven gate
and continue to the roundabout, turn right, you will see
The Hamlet gated community on the left, the entrance to
The Hamlet is through coded security gates to ensure your
security at all times.
For those feeling a little more adventurous
the white powdery sand of the Gulf Coast beaches to the
West are about one and a half hours away, or to the East
the Atlantic Coast beaches of Cocoa and Daytona are just
an hour away.

Local Area Information
For golf fanatics we are adjacent
to the Champions
Gate golf complex with two golf courses designed by
Greg Norman, which includes 5
star luxury spa, pool and gymnasium facilities. The preserved
wetlands here provide an excellent place to spot Cranes,
Osprey, Great Egret and White Ibis. The David Leadbetter Golf Academy is also just
5 minutes away.
There is a new Publix supermarket
(open 24 hours) by Champions Gate, together with other
shops, chemist, restaurants, bars, takeaways and a petrol
(gas) station. A new Super WalMart can also be found approximately
10 minutes drive away.
There are tennis courts and
communal pools within walking distance of the villa.
